Mate I would say its just a loose wire, lamp or connection, best bet would be to take it to ford or an auto leko and let them have a look. Sounds like a simple fix. Ticketec Member 15 Member For: 16y 1m 25d Posted 03/01/09 04:43 AM Share Posted 03/01/09 04:43 AM (edited) Hey Guy'sYeah, still here, just have been away for the christmas break and have only just back online.Well, my starter buttons have fixed themselves... the button FELL OUT!!!!!! I read that this is not all that uncommon a problem, but I will now have to replace the whole button assembly anyways. There goesa another $280+ install but I'll take it to ford and that way I'll be sure it works properly when it comes back. Thanks for the tips so far anyways.thanks Edited 03/01/09 04:44 AM by Ticketec

Ticketec Member 15 Member For: 16y 1m 25d Posted 03/01/09 05:02 AM Share Posted 03/01/09 05:02 AM Is there anyway to start these if the button breaks?Mine just broke out of warranty. I pushed the button back in with the spring but it got stuck on, and so I had to try and pry it out as carefully as I could, but I did damage the clear plastic part of the button.I use a small screwdriver to push and start her to get me around till monday when I can order a replacement.
