I bought some siemans deka injectors with a flow tolerance of + / - 5% (10% Flow Window) the other week. I had another look this week on the net and they are selling siemans deka premium injectors that are “FLOW MATCHED” to + / - 1% Flow Tolerance (2% Flow Window). Does the flow tolerance really make much difference? And is it worth an extra $200 for the difference it makes?

Personally I think it's not worth the extra $200.

If you're worried about the injectors you've brought get them flow tested. It's not a complicated or time consuming process.

What you need to remember is that they're not saying the injectors are +/- 1% of their manufactured spec.

They're saying the injectors are +/- 1% compared to each other. So infact you could actually have a set that all flow that +/- 5% of their manufactured spec but compared to each other they're all similar.
