The dress is quite strict, I.e. appropriate shoes and a collar shirt, they are also pretty strict on the door and if your a guy you need to have a girl with you, if you go early it probably wouldnt be a problem...I'd say its worth a visit! My sister was a passenger at the time, and asked if she could be breath tested, because she had a few and needed to drive home. The cop said no because if it was positive, then he would have to do too much paperwork, explaining why it wasnt someone who was driving, who blew positive, and he didnt 'GET' anyone.Stupid IMO, trying to do the right thing and denied....Out on a Friday night doing the RBT would be painfull enough experience if you had to bow to every other p!ssed idiot wanting to be breath tested in order to show off to there also p!issed friends. "I wanna see how high I can get it officer" times 4000 ppl. Some other legal minefield would also exist for breath testing passengers who then drove somewhere later in the night, crashed and blamed the cops for passing earlier on.So not stupid, just right and lawfull im my view.I.B.
