G'day Im new here

Ok so maybe Im jumping the gun a little.

Got a new FG XR6 (unblown) comming next month. For reasons of my own I opted to get the naturally aspirated version instead of the turbo- but Im now thinking perhaps a year down the road I might want to add a little extra oomph :innocent:

Amongst brakes, perhaps suspension and other things I was considering a supercharger apposed to a turbo kit.

What do you guys recon?

Charge it or not?

theres heaps of threads on here talking about the advantages and disadvantages of going supercharged or turbocharged. Try looking for some of them and you'll get some pretty handy information.

12 months down the track I would be looking for a second hand FG Turbo motor and putting that in if your keen to build something up. Can't be much difference in cost from purchasing a blower from someone like Capa.

Cancel the deal and have it changed to a turbo and that way you shouldnt have to pay any costs other than the more expansive car. Otherwise you will kick youself silly as many others and I have done.

Far more costly to supercharge an FG then to upgrade to a T.
