Fitting New Shocks Front

cheers mate just lined up some compressers from the hire shop for the wk end

done some more research and it seems the go is to remove the whole unit then fit the compressers ,but not actually try and compress the spring just fit them so they hold the spring , then undo the top plate on the strut
