The legalities of SSL are one thing, but its got me wondering...has anyone heard of a insurance company using 'illegally low' as an out in claims? Given anything below simple SL is likely lower than the 100mm limit ?

Its got me spooked...Ive know of two friends cars both done by Mr Plod in SA on SL/SSL combos recently...

anyone?

SSL are fine with factory, just dont expect the shock/struts to last forever. The bumpstops dont NEED cut. I had mine without cutting and she was fine though riding most of the time on them. $60 a piece to replace them later...

I cut mine down by about 25mm.

The car had a little bit of axle tramp before I cut them.

All good now though.

KFRL-68SL is an old AU part number for the front rear springs...

Hit the search button up the top of the page and type in 'KFRL-68SL' and go through the 50 odd threads that come up...
