Not if we get there early. Probably 1 hour for all 5 I reckon.

If the people who are 100% coming to the Wash can PM me I will organise with them to make sure we get a quick turnaround.

I have been there at 8am on a Sunday before waiting while they open and I am still the 3rd car through the gate so I have to wait.

I will come with you guys to FI but not sure if I'll get it washed. I'll probably do it at home Saturday.

SOunds good Danny.

The guy above wants $150 for the whole day and will give me (the contact) a CD of all the high res images he has and will put low res copies on the net for people to look at.

He can print out specific ones at a good rate too.

Anyone interested PM me.

Hey Maximus,

has anyone ever thought about doing a calender? This guy has some real nice shots and though it may be a bit late for 2009? ( or not ) what do people think of using this photographer and getting some really awesome shots and putting together a calender for 09' or even 2010? Surely someone out there know's someone in the printing game or they themselves can set us up. If we had some finacial help from Sponsors, and then charged a certain $ figure to purchase the calender and any profits would go back into maintaing the site ? :bum:

For $15 they do a really great wash. See how you go.

I dunno about a Calender. Who would decide what pic goes on what month???

I will look into it and let you know and might start a new thread if it takes off.

Could maybe have Sponsors pick individual their 3 fav's and then maybe have a poll where members get to vote for their 3 fav's then the remaining 6 spots allocated for group pics?? Or perhaps if it were to become something done for each year have members submitt their own photo's and then same format as other option but no group pics, sponsors pick 6 and members pick 6 or a 4 and 8 ratio??

Just an idea I guess I know I go on the hunt around this time each year for a couple good calenders and an XR6 Turbo Calender would have more than 1 spot in my place and also a spot at work.

Like you said start a thread maybe and see if there is any interest there. :beerchug:
