I have had a look it looks all sealed up and it not hitting anything just when it gets hot any idea what is making it sound crap? I also got a straight bit of pipe made up to remove the cat for racing and dynos, when I put the cat back in, when it gets hot it makes a cracking and some other funny noises as the cool air gets to it. Very embarrisng when you pull up and theres heaps of people around. As for a solution, I am not sure as I can just remove mine but maybe try and use some heat wrap on it.Just a sugestion, might not work but then again it might..
