well according to the fullboost top 20 it states no mini tubbing, or after market axel setup

like the first 2 9 sec didnt run live rear axel both these bars run 9 inch diffs dont they?

Im not disscrediting the boys its an awsome time, but they are a little more to the drag car side of things IMO, still a top effort and a quick cars

cut and paste from fullboost website, not that fullboost is any kind of drag racing authority, its just a website.

Cars must retain the original 4.0-litre engine block and standard chassis rails. Tyre size is limited to 28x10.5-inches (drag slicks). Modified transmission and suspension setups are allowed.

Well done guy's. Both are kick arse car's that will go alot faster.

Worst part is I've been staying at a place in Sydenham, just off the Calder Freeway for the last four day's, so pretty much around the corner, and I missed seeing this!

Adam Hargrave's sedan had stock suspension with lowered springs and koni shocks (which would hinder the car in a drag situation).

Yeah, but he also had a bootful of drugs and a hostage to help plant the tyres onto the track.

I heard but can not confirm definatly yet but the GTECH purple XR6 Turbo ran a 9.42 at calder park last night.

9.76 E.T, & 143 M.P.H, which are personal best's for the car.

The suspension is modified, with Pedders lowered spring's, and Pedders shock's at the front.

That set up actually helped and not hindered, but put alot more strain on the rear end.
