- Increased the pressure in the transmission lines by 10%

you cannot alter the transmissions line presure on a ZF, you can however alter the torque table which has a effect in ramp speed of the gear change

So this may have helped your issue

- Changed the 1st gear shift point in ECU

you cannot chagne the 1st gear shift point in the ECU for the ZF, this table is only valid for the 4 speed automatic transmission (if fitted).

The ZF has its own internal shift presure ramp tables and shifting tables

- Replaced auto transmission filter and oil with a premium synthetic oil

This is more likely whats fixed your problem.

This is more than likely due to loss of traction...

When power is raised the standard DSC will not keep up...

Well the tuner is a forum sp0nsor, I'd like to think they know what they're doing, maybe they dumbed down telling me what they did for my benefit (being mechanically illiterate) or I misunderstood them, but either way it's working fine now so I'm happy!

I wasn't trying to mislead anyone, a couple of people were having the same problem and wanted to know what I did to fix it.

I turned off the traction control (I assume that disables the DSC) and it still did it without fail....

What state are you in?

Traction Control turned off = loss of traction (as the car looses traction at the top end the revs peg into redline)..
