look at a full plazmaman 800 hp kit

add a set of siemens injectors big cat centre muffler removed, fuel pump and surge tank,

350 easy, I would not go past 350 on a stock bottom end.

then you can get a waste gate port job actuator and a big custom zorst for more power later.

rember he is runing the bf2 so has the better bottem end, 400rwkw isen't a problem.

For 400wkws, or very close to it...

4inch intake (I do a 4inch with drycell bat inside airbox)

Plenum

hot side piping

3inch cold side piping

Intercooler

3.5inch turbo back exhaust

Edit box, custom tune

Seimens injectors, 60lb

Wastegate mod - enlarged

Bigger fuel pump - 044

Surge tank - a saftey thing ;)

A fresh BF motor will make 400 with these mods, or a good BA motor with upgraded Valve springs.

The motors holding together is another story... best ask your tuner for their opinion

RAP1D - How many cold cranking amps is the battery that comes with the 4 inch intake?

Also - are you suggesting the dump pipe should be 3.5" as well, or 4", then everything else (cat to tips) 3.5 inch?

Its an Odyssy, 380cca. Ive had one in the boot for a year now, they work very well, plus you can completely drain them and re-charge up to 500 times.

Yeah atleast 3.5inch dump (not including the wastegate pipes diameter), or 4inch. Then atleast 3.5inch to the tail pipe.

Is it possible to fit something with more like 550 CCA in there? I will be running a fairly powerful sound system and I'd like the added security of a more powerful battery.

My other option is to use a 3" under battery pod filter. How much would you consider this would hinder the overall tune?

Thanks

In that case I'd look at putting the stock/or bigger battery in the boot. You'll also get the benifits of the short power cable to the amps.

This Oddyssy is the biggest that will fit in the airbox, due to the room the filter takes up, 4 or 3inch.

The 3 inch still makes big power, the 4inch just makes the power easier and gives big gains down low, spool up ect
