I've noticed lately that my house, garage & garden shed are fillin up. every part of the house & various places have car parts scattered everywhere in them. example I cant drive into the garage fully anymore because theres 3 tyres that im storing (amongst the usual stuff) at the moment.

the lounge has an amp, sub, octane booster & oil bottles. the laundry has my factory I/c in a box. then theres the garden shed I've got half a car in there. I had to get rid of some other junk in there so I store it in there. is it just me or is there others that are as bad as I am. (funny thing is its gonna get worse before it gets better.) gonna have intake manifold & aps piping to contend with soon after we replace it. this isnt to mention the rear end of my other exhaust & other sub box ive got stashed at work. I love it. thank god I own the place.

any stories of your car movin in with ya & takin over the place!!!

Similar garage story here - I have six tyres in there, and not much else that isn't car related! I have two DVD stands full of Car related dvd's - plus more in the entertainment unit...

At my mates wedding the other week, we (myself and the Groom) actually managed to start talking about cars and how we are going to hit the drag strip again soon, just before he had to go and stand at the altar!

its a passion that will always creep in to every nook and cranny of our lives.

Im even now storing stuff at my mums place. All my stock piping and gear is at her place all the rest including tools is at mine.

The best advice I was ever given about have cars as your passion is, dont let it get in between you and the misus....

your dead right there. it could quite easily take over. nearly every weekend we could be up to something. the wifes been pretty understanding up to this point especially with the amount of money we've sunk into it. ive got grand plans for it but I was told I had to finish renovating the house first. fair enough I recon. alittle bit for her & a whole lot for the car :hammerhead: . its a passion boardering on obsession & im no where near growing out of it. might be time for me to level my block & build a big home to store her & my dog house when I really have spent too much.

I must admit I am no better at all, but luckily enough I live on acres with a triple garage and decent sized equipped workshop in my Back yard, however parts have still crept into my room, and around the house, still living with my parents (22) and have 4 cars here, and parts for each of them here and there... even half filled a shipping container we have behind my shed... still though no sign of stopping... I live for the hobby
