Hey all,

Just had to shell out $162 for a new battery......

Anyway just got the battery in and went for a drive and now DSC is automatically turning it self off after a little while.

Does anybody know what caused this to happen and what I should be doing to prevent it??

Its a BF xr6t 06/06

Thanks

Yeah that's it....

I think it is instead of Traction Control/same thing (kinda)??

Does anyone know why it would automatically switch off???

And when it does the only way to get it on again is to turn the car off.....

Help?

Sorry to hijack mate, but is there a way to manually turn DSC off? It sh*ts me that T/C is off but I still cant give it a good thrash without the power being limited :B):

Manually? As in other than the button on the dash? I assumed that when you turned DSC of via the button in the cabin it turned all safety limiting devices off including traction control??

I could be wrong?

I've just got the one button on the dual zone C/C fascia. Turns T/C off but nothing else as far as I'm aware??

Maybe it can only be tinkered with through tuning software :B):

Not sure why its staying off - probably a dealer check up thing.

The button for DSC or Traction Control turns off both systems completely
