I am asking people what their favorite classic arcade game is. As most of you would not now I operate arcade games for a living. Today I had one of my techs working on a retro/ classic style multi game (much like the mame games) in a 38" monitor for a video arcade.

He just told me where to go after continually getting in his way...So I have come up to my computer to ask people what their favorite games are.

My addiction today was with Circus Charlie. Me and charlie just could not get past the trapeze..lol

Galaga & Pheonix were my favorites back in the mid 80's.

Wonderboy, Snow Bros, Street Fighter II the list goes on and on.. I have a old arcade cabinet converted to a MAME unit. Works a treat!

Yeah how addicting are snow brothers and Pang style games....I have some days at work when I just can't walk away. Street fighter II is the ultimate fighting game, you can never get sick of that one.

Asteroids, Space invaders and Missile command swallowed up hundreds of 20c out of my pocket over the years.

They are a long way from the games you can get now but they are still a hoot to play

Hey Jimmy, where abouts do you have your games?

I was an amusement machine tech back in the day. I worked for Goddards, Leisure & Allied, and ACM in the late 70's and 80's.

Not only arcade video games, but also pinballs and juke boxes.

Here's one for you young'uns!!! Do you remember any of the original drive style games where the car was on a stick under the screen and the road moved downwards using a rear projection bulb? LOL, wow that was a while ago, am I showing my age?

When the first Space Invaders came to Australia I used coloured cellophane on the screen and then we imported the first Galaga boards to replace many of the older Atari etc games.

I still have the original 45rpm single and T-shirt that was shipped with the Kiss pinballs...

If you're looking for a tech let me know.

Classic Favourites,, That's even more difficult to answer. Dig Dug, Missile Command, Frogger, Beer Tapper, Defender,,geez just way to many.

I love em all.
