Hi all,

Congratulations to everyone for making it this far. Now that round two has been completed and the results posted

We need to start organizing Round 3 . October 18th for Expensive Daewoo and November 22nd for Ford.

What we need from you all now is a QUICK response (via Registering and paying up by October 3) of your intention to compete in Round 3.

For all those not qualified for Round 3 as per the website results listing you may still register and pay for your respective category if there are entry open positions available.

www.dynoshootout.com.au

Remember it will only be 6 entrants in each category and first in first serve.

Once the positions are filled that category will be locked and only the entrants listed on the website will be eligible to compete.

Round 3 will not be successful without sufficient numbers attending so a prompt reply is crucial so we can plan ahead.

The Grand Final will decide the respective State Champions and runner ups in each category.

There will be Trophies and a official National Dyno Shootout cap for all finalists.

Congratulations again and we look forward to hearing from you soon."

XR6 T's were slightly under represented, but there was some very heavy cars there.

Mark.D Xr6T Dyno,d at 522.9

Daniel.M Xr6T " " 456.0

JAZZI Xr6T " " 371.0

And Ihave to say I was very happy with the result considering the air temp (33 degrees).

I would encourage any one to attend any future shootouts even if it is just for a look. :fluffy:

thanks for the pic of my car and yay top forced 6 figure. Was a bit of a shambles I'm in Adelaide atm so had to get housemate to take it there for me and he only picked it up from workshop friday night. Was meant to have a new intercooler on it as the current 1 on there is a major restriction (5 psi drop @ 19psi). So was thrown back together for this and then from what he told me it was breaking down hence well short of its personal bests. :(

Ah well I'll have it running sweet when I'm back ;)

MATE, your ride revs so hard, I was waiting to be hit in the head by flying bits of engine but it just did not happen.

I understand your car ran about 150HP short of its capabilities, mate that's one beast you have there. Good luck...
