I'll let you know where NOT TO STUFF UP =]anyway, guys I've come across the horn problem again, It's not sounding deep and loud how it use to.. It kind of sounds like a novelty flakey sounding horn, the bolts are in firmly and I don't think I got any water down the horns as they are faced downwards..and im pretty sure I've left the wiring connected from when I took them off.and now my fuse tends to keep blowing after I beep my horn after like 3 times?and I've gone through 3 fuses already, do the bolts have to be on REALLLLY TIGHT??or do the horns have to be on a specific angle, or swapped around on the bracket.. Toxic Beast Member 514 Member For: 18y 6m 7d Gender: Male Posted 03/10/08 05:26 AM Author Share Posted 03/10/08 05:26 AM LOL .. all in all.. its FUNjust a matter of not breaking anything and you'll be proud of your effort so I hope I havent put anyone off from doing this DIY job.thought I'd ask one more question on my thread while im at it..when my mate drilled a hole in my radiator by accident. WE had used JB weld to putty it upand he also put it over the crack I made on my condesor pipe.Does anyone know if the jb weld is good enough to withstand the air pressure in our condesors? rather than to go and buy a brand new condensor ? Jake F6 Donating Members 327 Member For: 21y 7m 17d Location: Melbourne Posted 29/03/09 01:03 AM Share Posted 29/03/09 01:03 AM I ended up bending the aircon line completely out of the way and I had broken it around the welding on the condesor ... it leaked ALL its gas OUT..Mate - I did exactly the same thing yesterday when fitting my Monza cooler!!! It's a crack that I hope should be able to be welded.Have you had yours welded yet? I'm in South East Melb - maybe we could get a discountsomewhere if they did two of the same job... I think that really it should take a welder 5 minutesto do a spot weld to fix a crack - Would probably need to drive it in with the front bar removed.Cheers.
