I dont even have myself a flash box yet. still lookin into that stuff..

no I didnt bend it in the same direction michael. I just kept bending it up and up and POP*..

well my concern now is that my radiator works and I didnt get to autobarn in time to get my coolant..

now for some reason my horn doesnt work.. I took my front bar off again and had a look at all the wiring.. the wiring is all perfect but the horns just dont want to work anymore.. they dont even spark or anything =[

heres a picture I took, while my front bar was on

That looks pretty darn good. Did you cut any reo off to fit that bad boy in there?

thanks!

yes, I had to cut into the support bar as most people would. and used pinch weld to cover the sharp edge..

as you can see, the cooler is a bit to the left.. because of the darn A/c pipe ..

Another drama I came across today was that my rapid pipes on the passanger side of the cooler, they interfere with stone tray underneath and so it can't clip onto my front bar..

has anyone come across this problem, or have I not adjusted my pipes/ silicon and gaurd stone tray thing properly?

Mine did the same after I installed my Process West intercooler and reconnected the horn. It ended up just being a blown fuse, $2 fix.

yeah just got to adjust the piping and joiners and move them up. They do fit with the undertray properly connected.

hah really

howd I end up blowin a fuse. I havent even turned on my engine or anything.

how do I know which fuse I blew

I have a bunch of fuses for the electricals..

baah more drama x_x

I wish I still got the pro's to fit it all for me lol

thanks

hey Ravenhard, yer I had difficulty tryin 2 move the 3rd pipe up into the silicon..

this is the piping kit that connects to the stock cross over by the way.

It wouldnt want to budge when I forced it up the silicon, but I guess I can always try and give it another go
