The Ford additive is $90 for 100ml. It's only a product called Lubrizol to stop the LSD chatter around corners.

Use better stuff....just put Nulon's diff treatment in it (if it's out of warranty).

thanks guys its still under warranty its booked in for next tuesday lets see what happens ive got a list of things I want fixed wonder how many will be repaired

Sorry to dig up an ancient thread but I also have leaking rear diff seal - How much work is involved in replacing the rear seal? Possible to do yourself or otherwise anyone know what sort of labour cost I will be looking at?

Ford had 4 attempts of sealing my rear cover and still leaked after a few thousand ks. I used blue max and cleaned the surfaces properly also applied the blue max half torqued the bolts, let the stuff go off and then fully torqued the next day. Had no leaks since and have destroyed super pro comforts a few bolts and now have solids in it.
