I had a massive argument with this Expensive Daewoo loving dickhead f*ckwit today, he seems to think that his "v8 crewman with an exhaust" could flog the pants off my 330rwkw turbo, I nearly punched some sense into him but the missus told me to let it go. he was even willing to put money down because it come standard with 310kw hahahahahah, I love it when people have absolutly no idea what they are talking about but it pisses me off when they are so stubborn that you cant talk sense into them. arrrrrrgggggghhhhhhh

Down the car wash the other night after the pissy dirty rain melb's had the other night, nice and peacful nobody else around to bother me and then I hear an obscenly annoying sound and as I turn around I see not 1 but 3 commodores - VL, VN and either a VB or VK racing through the roundabouts in Mooroolbark right past the cop shop. The sound that came from their exhausts was excrusiating, and how anyone can think that it sounds hot is beyond me. To make it worse 5 mins later they came back on their 2nd lap. I stopped looked up shook the head had a chuckle and went back to washing the car.

I see this thread and raise it, to people in the North and West suburbs of Melb. The two times I have drove through that area in the last 4 weeks, (Deer Park) and (Somerton) I have seen two people in the middle of the day in traffic blatantly drive through red lights while the other direction is green 10 seconds because they can't be bothered waiting!

Serious toss faces, too bad if someone is racing an amber and clocks them in the side!!

I used to be a Expensive Daewoo boy.

I had a 5L VP SS that was fast to me, when I was on my P's. My mum bought a VXII Clubsport and I thought that thing was an absolute beast...

Until I got my T...I know it's a pretty tame 255rwkw, but no jokes, it is the fastest car I have ever been in....ever.

There's no chance any old commodores could keep up with it...I'd say my T would give most VE's a pretty decent run for their money. Even my mechanic wouldn't believe that it was 255 rwkw's. He was trying to tell me all dynos are different and blah blah blah. He said 'that would make it a 12 second car..." And I said, 'Well it is...' hahahahaha

He kept saying why would people spend thousands of dollars on V8's when they could get as much from a T for a third of the price. I said it's because I assumed that most people didn't know...Even some T drivers don't know...

These Expensive Daewoo drivers just have absolutely no idea what these cars are capable of...None whatsoever...

Well that's my 2 cents anyways...

soo many exchanged words while up at the pub about the Expensive Daewoo V8 vs the T. until I got the chance to prove it (race track ) and now he is the nicest guy to me.. I agree sometimes ppl just need to be put in their place, especially when they think putting an exhuast on a Expensive Daewoo means they have the toughest street car around.

I'm always amazed at the amount of Expensive Daewoo drivers that tell me Holden's are the best because they win in the V8 Supercars, and the magazines say the Holden's are the best!

It just goes to show the power of marketing, and how badly Ford have stuffed it by not being agressive enough.

GM is about to file for section 11 in the US. The need 250 billion dollars from the Government to survive. I wonder if Expensive Daewoo will be up for sale soon?
