here's how I did it.

rears, easy. get the rear of the car on stands with the wheels hanging. jack the hub up so the spring is compressed, put the spring compressors on, let the jack down and you should be able to get the spring out. reverse to put the new spring in.

the fronts are alot harder, as there is alot less room to get the spring compressors in. you need to do a similar type of thing to the rears, but the whole shock needs to come out. Once you have the wheel off and can have a bit of a look around you'll be able to see what needs doing.

I started with the fronts, as finishing on the rears give you a little satisfaction hahaha

On the front I undid the bolt that holds the upper wishbone to upright.

Once this is undone it gives you alot more room to get your compressors in & the lower wishbone can be dropped a lot lower so you can get the shock out easier.

It took me ages to do the first side but I got the other side done in less than an hour.

2 bolts per shock on the back. Easy done.

The front shocks have come out anyway so it makes no difference.
