XR06T Silver Donating Members 4,146 Member For: 19y 10m 21d Gender: Male Posted 19/09/08 01:16 AM Share Posted 19/09/08 01:16 AM here's how I did it.rears, easy. get the rear of the car on stands with the wheels hanging. jack the hub up so the spring is compressed, put the spring compressors on, let the jack down and you should be able to get the spring out. reverse to put the new spring in.the fronts are alot harder, as there is alot less room to get the spring compressors in. you need to do a similar type of thing to the rears, but the whole shock needs to come out. It took me ages to do the first side but I got the other side done in less than an hour. Easy done.The front shocks have come out anyway so it makes no difference.
