Need advice...

I am about to fit the RAPIDS v3 Intercooler kit to my car. It has a 3 inch under battery air intake...

Who has a similar setup? Is it best if I remove my fog light? so that air can flow in? Or will it be fine with the foglight left on?

Has anyone taken it off and did it make and different...

Was thinking of running a cold air pipe to the filter from the foglight.

Cheers,

Worm

If you take the fog light out you increase the chance of water getting directly on the filter. Water + Compression = busted engine!

I've been running one for a while now and its been great (mine goes infront of the battery rather than under it though) Driven through all sorts of weather and no water in the engine at all.

If you go to the drags or something you could pull the foggy out for some extra flow, but apart from that leave it in!

Indution noise is really loud with no foggie, plus you can see the filter, so best to leave it in.

Take it out for the drags like Pat said above... cold air a-plenty!
