It does seem a little punchier and the engine seems to want to rev a little more freely. It is only 10c a litre more than standard unleaded but I find that fuel economy is worse. Probably about 1.5 - 2 litres worse city cycle.

blobak Member 75 Member For: 18y 3m 19d Gender: Male Location: them there hills Posted 15/12/08 08:11 AM Share Posted 15/12/08 08:11 AM I used to use united 98 (csr 10% etha). But since moving house, there isn't a united servo for miles, so now I useBP ultimate. Have noticed a increase in power, a little more response, and about 60 to 80 kms more out of a tank of fuel. So the savings I thought I was making on the united fuel compared with the BP, was really eaten up in the economy.

SUPAGAS has 100% propane gas at the moment for 36c per litre... Well worth it... I suppose, it is ONLY 112 RON... And you can get party tricks happening with BBQ's out of your boot on cruises...
