They don't handle much more than stock mate, if you are looking at upgrading you should probably get a clutch first, then you don't have to worry about it slipping on the dyno

Something like Mal Woods Opt 1 or 2 would be enough, but option 3 would give you room to modify further when the bug starts to bite!

thanks I'll have a look for one and see what I'm looking at cost wise, well the bug is there but it's more looks than power, but I'm getting a custom tune done soon and I already have my middle muffler removed and a typhoon air box installed.

Yeah, the custom tune will basically kill whatever is left of your standard clutch, send Mal Wood a PM and he will look after you

not that im running a 6 speed but I got a T5 in mine and running 265rwkw and its only starting to slip in 4th and 5th at peak torque (700nm)

been holding up pretty well so far. I give it a fair bit of stick down the drags. not bad for an old stocker clutch. a 6 speed BF should handle up to 300rwkw easily.

I got 265rwkw and a fair bit of torque down low and the clutch is fine for street driving. Doesn't complain about an occasional hit or smallish burnout. But a hard take off on the strip made it slip badly. After it cooled down it was fine though but couldn't take off as hard as I would like.

If you only want around 260rwkw I'd say stick with the original, if it starts slipping then think about upgrading it. But don't ride it too much, mine managed to slip even on stock power once it over heated.
