hey guys, I was actually looking at removing the battery to clean the boost actuator, however soon as I undo the negative terminal the alarm goes off :beerchug: the siren is next the the brake booster, I didnt think these would have a battery back up stand alone type siren  so I tightened the terminal back up, started the ute and it was still going off whilst I had the engine running :beerchug:

is there something im missing here?

you need to disarm the alarm after you re-fit the battery. If it is easy for the owner to get around, it will be easy for crims to get around!

You just need to make sure the doors are unlocked and the alarm is not armed don't you?

Maybe try opening the door and leave it open. Maybe it thinks you're dodgey. I think your car hates you :beerchug:
