It's kind of an oxymoron, but I have a mate who wants to upgrade his IC, but not go the full hog with the piping and such. What's out there that is a worthwhile upgrade?

I have seen the PW stage 1s... They look good...... BUT...

How does the piping run below the intercooler and still fit inside the bumper???

It does...it fits perfectly.

Its not actually below..its sightly in front/below the intercooler.

$925... What does that include? Piping?

I mean piping back to the standard setup??? What about an under battery pipe?

$925 gets you the intercooler core, 1 intercooler pipe to the inlet of the intercooler + one custom made section of silicon hose to join the intercooler to the factory cast aluminium under battery pipe...if you want to upgrade the under battery pipe add $165.

This is the largest "stage 1" (retains factory engine bay look) intercooler on the market.

I have a PW stage 1 cooler, looks great, fits behind the front bar although it is a tight fit and haven't had any problems with it or the after sale service. I recommend them.
