Guest Guests Posted 12/09/08 07:23 AM Share Posted 12/09/08 07:23 AM That's the air coming back through the turbo blades & out your intake. If you want to stop it, try adjusting your BOV to a softer setting by twisting the top silver bit Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/49670-flutter-before-blow-off-valve/#findComment-732635 Share on other sites

Try welding a 38mm adaptor on, it'll make a huge differnce Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/49670-flutter-before-blow-off-valve/#findComment-732670 Share on other sites

I find when I back off the throttle that my throttle is slow to shut or something, beacause the needle on the boost gauge doesnt snap back to vac just slowly goes back so there for a split second there isnt enough suck on the bov to open it. I have posted about it but no one seems to have had the problem. Maybe just not big enough bov to vent higher boost.I have given up it sounds pretty cool anyways Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/49670-flutter-before-blow-off-valve/#findComment-732719 Share on other sites

(that's what I have been told) Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/49670-flutter-before-blow-off-valve/#findComment-733239 Share on other sites
