how much cash?

are these suitable for stock shafts?

These are for the stock shafts cv's and shafts.

These are the 2 parts that break in a CV. Its either one or the other.

Also to this, the actual shaft that breaks. I am able to also source aftermarket shafts made from 300m also

4130 or 4340 Danny.

as quoted out of my email..

The Ball cages are made from 4140 then through hardened and shot peened.

The CV inner star knuckles are made from EN36A then case hardened to 0.45” case depth, sub zeroed and shot peened.

It would be fairly conservative to say these are something like 30% to 40% stronger than stock.

After breaking a few more cv's and axels (5 in all) I went down the path of getting the replacement hardened cages and star for the standard driveshafts that Danny mentioned earlier in the thread. I also had Haden from Albins gears (brilliant mob there) arrange a set of axles.

I originally avoided this because I didn't like the look of the parts I had to re-use (slightly worn) but all the others options failed me.

I wasn't keen to fork out $3400 on KPM shafts and Nizpoo were a bit to pricey as well.

They are definitely a lot stronger (done more passes down WSID in one night than all the other replacement ones put together) but I came across the next weak link in the driveline...

Here's a couple of shots of the damage.
