How much is he asking?
Guest Guests Posted 08/09/08 05:52 AM Share Posted 08/09/08 05:52 AM The mechanic should know what to look for but I'd be careful buying a car with so many km's, especially a T! Seems like it might be a company car with that much mileage so could be highway km's... Still a big chance that some bits will need repairing/replacing due to general wear & tear though as ETM said. For more info search Fordforums.com.au for 'shockwave' and you will see what I mean!

The mechanic if his any good should be able to sus a few things out for him.Good luck.

Joshy Member 15 Member For: 18y 21d Posted 09/09/08 08:54 AM Share Posted 09/09/08 08:54 AM Yes! Some very horrific stories and pictures there! In my search for a XR, it's enough to turn me completely off buying a car painted that colour. Shame really, I was really wanting that colour too. I'd rather be safe than sorry. How'd the inspection go with the ute mate?
