So they can come off. The coils are on properly, because they run fine at stock. The original coils looked fine, no sign of cracks on top or white arc marks on the boots. I also changed the plugs before hand and that made no difference.I bought a genuine set of coils off ebay (new), replaced them all and it fixed the problem.
