just got back from CV Performance after a custom tune, injectors and spark plugs, the boost was limited by my standard valve springs so we had to keep dropping it down until it was safe to drive. all in all im over the moon with the result, comin from a stock car to 312kw.. woah haha il get some springs, exhaust and take it back for another tune, thanks heaps to RAPID for the high flow cooler kit

Some motors can need them at mid 250wkws, other's, like this example, make good power in the low 300s, but over rev it and they fail... the springs done this car would keep making power as revs raise more. It would have gone an extra 20wkws or more, a feel alot stronger on the road.

Removing intake and exhaust restrictions can help free up valve bounce, as does good strong oil pressure.

You'll know when they need upgrading, always shows up on the dyno during a hard power run with power dropping off hard in the high rpm followed by a very shakey idle for a minute or so.
