I got the full Herrod suspension package on the 03T which is king springs,Bilsteins shocks, camber kit and this dropped the car 30mm front and rear which cost $2500 and the Ford Dealer in Morley fitted it all up and it was worth the money as it transformed the steering and handling.

Also fitted the Herrod springs to the 05 Phoon and it dropped the car 30mm and it sat on the road and handled great and no camber kit fitted. The standard shocks on the phoon are pretty good according to peddlers so I didn't change them.

Sorry about the small pic but it's the only one I have of the phoon on this computer but hopefully you will get the ride height of the king springs. The T has the same springs on it in this pic.

I installed a set of King Spring Super Lows (not track spec) on my Turbo but didnt want the full stiffness from real hard springs (used to own jap cars with hard coilovers on Adelaide's crappy roads). I do alot of freeway driving in mine and the roads in perth are pretty smooth so it drives real nice. Im going to put in some stiffer Dampers to go with the new springs. Its a nice balance of rideheight (its low enough to scrape in most carparks if ya not careful) and good ride quality. $250 bucks discount price and installed myself in an afternoon.
