Phones is a hard thing... Did they see you talking on it? I love it how people can do other stuff in their car that is much worse than picking up and talking on a phone... Some chicks put on makeup... I have seen people reading the paper!!!

In regards to the car thing, why didn't you chase on foot? LOL And if you didn't actually hit him... Did anyone see it?

no it was in my lap I was txtin, he didnt no I was txtin, I cooda been lookin at the time for all he nos, cooda been turnin my alarm off cos it was distractin me. 2way radios are allowed though in cars and trucks? u look at the speedo every 2 secs, u look at the radio to change a station. soooo many things that take your mind off the rd. if u cant txt without lookin u shoodnt be txtin while drivin

Got done many years ago doing 50kms over on the narrows bridge. No one around, copper hidden. On the ticket he wrote the wrong date and time. Had a case but chose to let it go. Old man always taught me "you do the crime, you do the time". 6 pointer and $350 for that one.

Less than a week later I got caught racing a skyline*. Similiar to DRAXF6 situation. Well over the speed limit on a two lane road. I was told to sit down and STFU so I did. The bloke I was racing didnt.... He got done for dangerous driving and I got done for 6 points again.

The first 2-3 years of my driving resulted in about 30+ taffic fines. Doing skids, LOTS of yellow stickers in the WRX (but at least I wasnt breaking any road rules) etc etc. I guess being young and stupid is all good if you can look back and learn from it all! As you get older you realise its all about time and place.

* according to the police I won :D

I got my first Ford and EA on Gas I was doin 132km in a 100 zone and I was slowing down behind a bus so I was lucky but 3mth loss of license and $220 dollar fine.
