Doesn't surprise me dude. Mentality of some people is really shocking. What goes through their second brain cell when it's not keeping the single cell remaining company?

I had it done to my first Ford. Restored `78 Falcon XC GS Hardtop. Right down the left hand side of the bonnet covering almost the full length, down to the metal and dented into the metal. A lot harder to do to an older Ford!!!

Are they jealous? Are they literally Ford haters? Expensive Daewoo rejects that cannot stand the annihilation of the VY series from a superior car? Did someone wrong them in a past life? Do they think that only the elite have these cars? Their not BMW M3's or Mercedes "C" class vehicles. They are Ford Falcons!!!!!!!!!!!! Damn nice, powerful ones but still, what's the go? If you lived up here in Brisbane, I'd give you a few contacts.

Why can't people just appreciate a damn nice car when they see one?

Sorry but this type of defacing private property, especially something that you are really passionate about pisses me awf to no end.

Here's hoping you get your Phantom Beasty back to it's original state with minimal fuss and cost dude. All the best for the rest of 2003.

Trying to understand this sort of behaviour is futile. Things like this are done by people with no sense of responsibility, respect or common decency. Quite simply, they are brainless jealous duds that achieve nothing other than being a drain on society. They reason that by causing damage to others property, they can somehow feel better about themselves or maybe even "cool". Scary thing is, they find others with equal brain activity to convince them of their new found "coolness". The perps are so intellectually challenged that even after reading all our thoughts on this incident, they'd still feel a sense of achievement. Intelligence abounds.

We've all walked past cars that we'll never be able to own and may have even felt the green monster inside us. But to even contemplate doing this sort of thing shows nothing more than gross immaturity and idiocy.

Dagabond, hope the repairs are not too painful. When they see the phantom back to its original condition, you'll be still smiling and they'll still be stupid.

If i do it via insurance it'll bump up a bit plus loose my first free rating one protection (which ironically i havent payed a cent for until the 17th of January).

Mate,

Like everyone else, those photos gave me a knotty feeling in my stomach. As a fellow owner of a Phantom, I sincerely hope YOU are the one to catch these prix and that your car is fully restored to all its glory.

Keep us informed.

It certainly makes you feel sick in the guts seeing those photos.

Hope your beast is back to it's rightful glory soon Dagabond.

Respect is dead these days.
