Out of curiosity what are your requirements for buying a car as in the must have's to even look at it, let alone take it for a spin. These may also include options ie sunroof etc.

Mine are

1. Monthly repayments

2. Performance

3. Fuel Economy

4. Room / Space prefer a sedan.

5. Sunroof

6. Premium Sound with MP3 / IPOD

7. Leather Steering Wheel

8. Window Tint

9. Leather

I've gotta like the look of the thing. There is no point buying a car even if it does every thing you want it to - if you look at it and throw up then you've bought the wrong car!

There are so many cars out there that do the same thing these days, but they all look different.

You should really know if you can afford a car before you even look at it. I mean if you are looking at a 60K car and you only wanna spend 200 dollars a week, well guess what - you either need a better paying job, or you need to go down in price!

Electric everything.

Room to cart plenty of stuff.

Room for comfortable transportation of 4 x 6-foot + people.

Must look professional.

Seats that hold you in them.

Funny you say that... a salesman who worked where someone else works on here.. years ago I might add and who got the ass, said to me when I walked into the dealership after asking the price for a XR6 Turbo with Leather, Sunroof, Premium sound and Floor mats.. simply said to my face "You could not afford it".

A month or two later drove back to the same dealership and parked my brand new XR6 Turbo right outside his desk.. a few years later I was introduced to him at another dealership, this time in a suit as I came from work, as Chris the owner of the FordXR6Turbo.com site who has just put an order down for a FPV Typhoon.. the guys jaw dropped and his face was

Something comfortable, that gives you a smile when you give it some, and doesn't make you look like a knob.

Electric everything and a decent sound system helps as well.

Build quality is a big thing with me... Don't ask why I bought a Ford.

I have quite the opposite issue, the car needs to cater for the driver being a shorty
