I just get the 1.1 , set of feeler gauges are cheap and gently tap the gap back to .8

if the car is totally stock you might actually loose performance gapping the plugs to .8

While on the topic anybody know what type of grease that is they use around the top of the plugs , I want to put some back in when I do my plugs next.

that's what I used to buy for my BA but he has them listed as only for BA ,maybe someone else can let us know the difference between BA/BF if any .

Got a set for my BF the other week but didn't take much notice if they were different to the old BA ones.

this is the recommended part no. from ngk

it says they gapped to .9 too.

Further to what I wrote. I have read through this entire thread about it. Some people say it makes a big difference and I am willing to try it out to just to see the difference.. but on a stock boosted xr??? :wub:

my car is a bf2 and had the 0.9 factory plugs but it was recommended to change these to 0.8 by the tuner before I had the tune done.

they are exactly the same as the standard plug except for the 0.8 gap.
