Fluttering While On Boost

I have had my T modified (edit, exhaust, 2nd intake, high flow filter). It about 238rwkw. So not a large power increase.

So my T boost to about 10psi now. But when I gun it, I hear a loud fluttering sound from the engine.

I was just wondering if this is normal for modified T's, or is it a sign of the actuator not being strong enough, and opening and closing on boost to cause the fluttering? I have a boost gauge, and it seems to hold boost ok, so I doubt my suspicions of it being a weak wastegate actuator.

So I'm just wondering if any of you other T owners have experienced the same? Is it normal and expected or is there a problem?

It's not causing any power lose as far as I can tell.

Thanks fellas for replying, I thought I wasn't gonna get a response for a bit then.

Yeah it is a loud fluttering. I live in Darwin, and we haven't got much choice in tuners up here. I'm not sure if I could trust the couple we do have. My initial tune was done by someone flown up. But then I'm not too sure about him. I put my trust in the workshop that flew him up.

It's an auto, 2005 BA II

if off boost does it rev cleanly through the rev range.

Did you do the spark plugs when you got the tune

Nah, the spark plugs were not done. But it revs through the range fine, off boost.

There seems to be no noticeable problem (but then I am no mechanic). It's just this loud fluttering has me worried that there may be something wrong, and is not showing,.... yet apart from this fluttering sound.
