Here ya go mate, this is a BF2 XT with the Space saver spare. the spare has to go in the boot becuase the factory LPG tanks are larger than the normal petrol tank. This allows you to get the same range as a petrol vehicle. You can easily remove the spare and leave it at home if you need more space, plus the rear seats still fold down with the 60/40 split

Ahhh, so it's not a big cylinder under the parcel shelf? that's good, cause I really need to be able to fit OFI boards in the boot and my mate just had his VY put on gas and the thing takes up half the boot.

I'll loose the sub if I have to, but I'd rather not.

OFI boards are a cars best friend.

I loved scratching my brand new interior when I first got it. It made me happy :censored:

Nah, the cylinders are usually around 60-70L and the way LPG uses fuel you would be lucky to get 350km out of a tank. While this is still cheaper than petrol, its inconvenient to have to fill up so often. With the factory set-up you should get around 550-600 out of 90L

What do the factory setups sting ya to get put in? And are they still rebatable?

Oh and BA fairmonts around 11k-14k, and R34 GT-T's are now going for around that. Sooooo tempting.

The factory set-up is only available at the time of build, the engine is a bit different and of course the boot floor. As a factory option it only costs 1400, so its pretty cheap, also you get a 1000 dollar rebate on a new car, but not on a used car that is already equipped with gas.

Lol, 34 GT-Ts are very tempting, I'm trying to get a mate to buy one, but he's a soft cock about insurance!

Yeah I looked into it abit, apparently once you wind them up a little they need quite a few engine mods not to mention the gearbox ain't that great.

yeah, it takes alot more to get 300 in a GT-T than it does in an XRT! The gearboxes aren't actually that bad. The R33 had the strongest box, followed by the 34 then the 32. My mate just re-built his engine, put cams in, full exhaust, cooler, 3037 turbo on high mount manifold, custom tuned on a Haltech E11 and only made 312rwkw! I spose it is only a 2.5L at the end of the day...
