Hi Guys,

Need some help. I want to remove the crossover from the top of the motor and replace it with a couple of 2.5" - 3" piping extensions in order to improve flow.

What should I do with the BOV??

Is there a special section of pipe(that will have an allowance for the BOV) I can buy to replace that section??

All help welcome.

There is a for sale thread at the moment that has what you are after - plazmaman replacement piping and a Monza cooler.

If you want to do it yourself then you would have to get a small 25 or 38mm outlet on the piping to fit a BOV

if u want you can cut the rubber hose that goes into the cross over and put in a turbosmart bov adapter kit.

Thanks for your help guys.

If I get rid of the BOV doesnt that cause undue pressure on the turbo.

I heard that the charged air is forced back onto the turbo coz it has no way of escaping as there is no BOV.

Sound's like something a Blow Off Valve salesperson has told you.

Not needed.
