After trialling the RACE Chrono program on my phone doing some performance runs, I pulled up to a servo and could hear a bad exhaust leak.

On friday I pulled off the heat shielding I checked the manifold, and turbo mount bolts and found a few to be loose, Tightened everything back up and started the car and found the leak was still there.

I left the car to cool over night and this morning poked around again, Checked between the Intake and exhaust housings and this is what I found. :makedeal:

Two bolts half way out only stopped by the banjo bolts and one completely out, luckily when the bolt fell out it got caught between a banjo bolt and the housing otherwise I would have to have found a new one.

Had great fun tightening these back up as there is not a lot of room and some sharp bits to get caught on, but its all good now, Tested and no leaks. :spoton:

While poking around I also found that the dump mounting bolt was also missing post-6916-1218256405_thumb.jpg :stirthepot:

Yup, its a good bit of kit, though it could do with another right angle elbow on the other side of the engine to help with the fit.

that would add about $75 to the price of the kit.

Turbo Developments, but I needed them quicker than the 3 to 4 days it takes to get anything posted up here.

I found this aswell. Ford manual calls this a 'pencil brace' and I got a replacement bolt from Fraud for about 5 bucks.
