Was given a real crap price on my trade in as I had expected. I have my old car until Monday so I have a day left. I have an after market setup in my old and was definately going to take out the amp and keep it but was also considering taking out the head unit in it and put the original back in. Is this being seen as immoral? or am I withing my rights to do so seeing as the dealer told me regardless of what I have done, the car would be the same price. Thanks in advance

seventytwo Still have a turbo, it's just on a diesel. Ive spent over $1200 on the head unit and amp alone and that's slightly less than what I'm getting as a trade in. I don't know how much attention was paid to what extras I had in there. I just hope they would see it as a plus having the original stereo in there (but doubt it)

If not, pull it out.

He basically told me they would prefer not to use it as a trade in. I hope the salesperson doesn't see it as an issue, seemed reasonable.
