lab-dude Member 17 Member For: 13y 1m 26d Gender: Male Location: Wollongong Posted 11/10/11 01:43 AM Share Posted 11/10/11 01:43 AM If you take your tail lights to a panel beaters the painters there (If they know what they are doing) should be able to mix up a clear tint they can spray on the outside which will save you pulling your tail lights apart and will still be glossy and be done properly.The tint will also peel off (eventually) from the inside if you do it the other way as paint does not stick to plastic well. You need to clean it with wax and grease remover and then apply a clear plastic adhesive primer so that the tint will stick, you can get all this stuff in pressure packs if you want to do it yourself but wpuld turn out heaps better if done proffessionally but to each their own. :dwarf: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
