When I had a monza I made my own brackets up with a strip of aluminium. Its just as easy as mucking around with the brackets supplied, and you can centre it no worries.

is it becuase of the air con line ???

If so just bend the thing out of the way, every one told me not to bend it, but I did and it was easy. Aircon still works fine just only bend it one way or you will snap it.

yeah, and the horn

I twisted the horn upright to get the cooler in, and now the horn sounds like sh*t!

LOL yeah I bent up my horn like most of you, sounded like ass, I just put it down to a dodgy earth, relocated it, under the left headlight, I just found an existing bolt/hole, and slapped it on, making sure to scape off the paint around the hole to get a solid earth. easy as to do.
