Well done to both Dave & Kent.

It's getting serious now with the big turbo, slicks etc, but you are not running big power for the time; more a matter of getting the setup right and knowing how to launch.

Maybe you could try a lower diff to achieve a bigger mph (although that'll put more stress on the driveline)?

So I will think about putting my good motor in it or sqease the old BA motor a bit more.

I like that comment!!! The fact that theres something even better at home!!!

The proof is in the pudding David, and you certainly have the times to show for it. Well done to the both of you. Should of opened up a few dis-believing eye I would imagine.

Its Palmyra Dragway in Mackay and yes its A.N.D.R.A sanctioned. Just think, a few months ago it was entirely underwater during the floods!!! Good to see it all back up and running again.

not costing much I got the trans off a mate and doing it all the rest myself. generally though with a billet input shaft and full build (strong), you wont get any change from $7-9000 for the whole conversion

Dave got rid of that car for the purple one a while back also the purple one has 120 000 kays on the clock

Do you know if the Blue one still has/had all the good bit's on it, or did it get pawned off as a standard unit?
