Fair enough guys, as I said I've got no real idea what it is.

It doesnt have a single digit of worthwhile info on it anywhere.

A lot of old webers and holleys were made by each other. the carb on my 1969 Fiat 124 for example states weber holley.

It does look like the carb off a early 70's Fiat 125. If you can find the carb type that will be stamped on it somewhere it will be a lot easier. I might also be able to track it down in a weber book I have at work.
