Howdy,

Just wanted to express my deep hapiness and excitement that my old man has placed his order for an FG F6.

It will be the first privately owned FG F6 in Tassie (so he's told)!

Although I have a quick question;

The dealer told him it would likely arrive mid to late August.

Has anyone else had experience with delivery lead times on these things?

Methinks that this is an optimistic lead time for an F6 - especially seeing as how far out the XR6T's lead times are.

MGR Your car has been allocated in the build line up, probably another week or so before it is final assembly, then it will go to FPV for its bodykit, brakes, wheels and a few other things

Ah, right. Sorry it doesn't tell me the model type on this screen!

Yeah so probably a couple more weeks before it goes to your dealer MGR

Thanks senna_T. :flameman:

Plus it has to sit around in a transport yard for a week or so, then loaded onto a truck, drive to WA, off load to another transport yard where it'll sit around for another week or so. About mid-August then I reckon.
