This is the issue I'm having.. perhaps once a fortnight it will just keep going on/off during a trip. I have a HTC Touch Diamond.

Having said that my car had a software update at the dealer today so we'll see if it that helps.

eep.

I got my firmware updated to the latest version today, along with a replacement bluetooth module as it was dead.

I have not played with it yet, but will let ya know of the outcomes.

Thread Mine!! I realise its 'so 2009' but I just got a new phone and thought I'd check if anyone ended up having any success with getting contacts to show on the screen? Never really understood - if the phone was fully compatible with the module will it do it?

If you go into your Ford dealer now they have a poster of a guy holding an Ipone 4 with $479 for a hand free blu tooth.

I have a gay rotten 6710 nav. It displays the number and says the contact. ???? Well if you can understand what it says. Who knows anyones number anymore ?? I never push the numbers. Too lazy and just go to contacts.

Yeah I get the contact number on the screen (iphone and now HTC Desire HD) but I seemed to remember someone with a Motorola or something got the actual callers name displayed on the screen. However I can't find this post/thread...

that'd be great if it's possible to see names. thought it was only numbers.

tried e51 and galaxy s both paired and called but haven't tried voice tags or incoming on the galaxy s yet. will try that to confirm
