I replaced all the cold side piping, intercooler and intake. Also added an oil catch can. Here are the pics of the result: Edited 12/07/08 11:33 PM by Coley Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/47574-my-intercooler-install-finally-finished/ Share on other sites

Will put up the results when I get them. Anyone have an idea of how much power it should make? Won't be replacing the injectors yet so I'm hoping for 260kw Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/47574-my-intercooler-install-finally-finished/#findComment-706058 Share on other sites

My 3.5 inch high flow cat is costing me $480 installed. Will do it later. Hopefully the tune wont be as much then as it will just be a retune Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/47574-my-intercooler-install-finally-finished/#findComment-706372 Share on other sites

I would say 500rwk plus.
