Wash....it was impregnated with crap from the wheels that wouldnt rinse out so I stuck it through the turbine and she came out as a 20mm X 20mm piece of rubber.... :cry:

Real Chamois are made from Chamois..... highly treated leather.

There are a lot of synthetic chamois on the market but they don't have absorbency of the real thing....

Always store them damp and they will last for years....

Originally the tanned hide of the Chamois Deer. Pretty hard to find original stuff but I reckon the high end synthetic stuff is better than the natural these days.

Either way, if they get grotty & have absorbed junk, wash them by hand in warm water with mild soap (Not detergent) squeeze out and store damp.

Yeah its made from something like that.

I am able to buy the leather chamois by the meter if people are interested.

Definetly keep it a little damp.

Maybe I should do a group buy??
