For those that have had their car's tuned on this fuel for the street, it might be retune time.

For those that might be confused;

Shell V Power Racing = 100 R.O.N

Shell V Power = 98 R.O.N

BP Ultimate = 98 R.O.N

A shame, as it was the best fuel for street use.

I had taken to driving well out of my way to Hurstville or Carlton to get v power racing and was very happy doing it.....

Missus put the normal v power it in yesterday and Im not EVER going to be using it again. Did they lower the quality controls on it too while wiping out the racing stuff to force me to use the one pump at most caltexs? :3gears:

Damn.. what will I use now to stop the Yaris from pinging? :joy:

Try going to someone who knows how to tune a car.

As for V-Power Racing, it's always out of stock anyway. So what will be the difference?

In Sydney in my F6 auto I've used only it for the past 6 months.

The challenge is knowing where to find it. There are 4 different locations in Sydney that I use.

As I get around 500kms to the tank I have a bit more flexibility than if I had a gas guzzling v8 like some people have.

Next I was going to get a 109 race tune in the F6 auto in an attempt to run a 10 with over 130mph anyway.... just to achieve that milestone... then go back to pump fuel.

However the next issue is to work out the best fuel of the ordinary 98 bunch that is available.

As for the Blue car it has a 98 Ultimate tune in it now, and was about to have a 100 VPR tune done on it, because the VPR is so much better.

Doubt I really want to muck around with C16; probably will stay with the good unleaded.

Fair enough, I mean either way with your blue car there is enough power on tap to turn the tyres all the way down the strip, so maybe keep it on 98 and strap the Mickey Thompsons on :joy:
