Number plate game over now?

I wonder if anyone has ever taken an XR6 over to England..Can u imagine how much fun u could have(when there is no traffic congestion) on the motorways and B roads..

I am sure though..That the current model is not Euro IV compliant? Need to wait till the update..Because that one defn is..

Is just a dream..as sure it would cost u $20k to take it over..I was all set to go England..Then recession hit..So I deferred..and got the XR as consolation prize..Still want to go over this year if possible..Just store the car and leave..

People love Fords in England..Imagine if they saw one of ours on the road.Rear wheel drive cars are rare for the masses over there.

I have thought about it Nechro, im from there and when I was back recently everyone was "owwing and ahhhring" about the ute. Theres no ford / holden (vauxhall) rivalry over there, they are far to busy stabbing each other over soccer. Theres no utes either. Just the odd hilux although the new dual cabs are getting popular.

A big engine in England is 2lts and the mondeo is the family sedan. No big forbys just range/land rovers and soft roaders.

Performance comes from zee germans, and if you cant afford that your get a little hot hatch. Top of the range golfs/focuses would be the go, theres a few jap imports about too.

Ah cool.Even with expensive fuel..I am sure many would prefer to own one of these. In England and Europe where u see Supercars on the road as a regular experience..Be fun giving them a run for their money with a modded XR.

Love the new avatar Jamie..:D

lol yeah farraris and lambos are quite common especially in and around London. The boy racers could do with a good whooping at the lights when they are on their laps though towns.
